At the 84th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Circulation Society (July 27-August 2, 2020), "Improvement of constipation in a mouse model of acute heart failure by oral administration of Euglena The presentation was made in collaboration with Dr. Hiroshi Akazawa and Fellow Masahiko Umei. In this joint study, Euglena improves constipation symptoms and cardiac function in acute heart failure model mice. We will continue Euglena the medical field and increasing its added value as a food ingredient.

理化学研究所との合同チームによるユーグレナ遺伝子工学技術に関するSDGsへの貢献をまとめた総説論文が公開されました
理化学研究所と当社の合同研究チーム（微細藻類生産制御技術研究チーム）により、ユーグレナの高効率ゲノム編集技術を含む遺伝子工学技術について総説し、それら技術を活用することでユーグレナ産業がどのようにSDGsに貢献していくことができるかを紹介した総説論文が公開されました。この論文の公開によりユーグレナ研究の意義が広く紹介され、周辺分野の研究開発活性化につながることが期待されます。
