- ・ The confidentiality of the person who consults with the hotline, the whistleblower, and the information provider is protected regardless of whether or not there is an investigation.
- ・ The content of the contact / report will be shared only with the minimum range of related parties in order to resolve the contact / report content, and each related party will be obliged to maintain confidentiality.
- ・ We accept both real name reports and anonymous reports, but in the case of anonymous reports, we will confirm with the whistleblower whether or not it corresponds to the user.
