内部通報窓口​(ユーグレナグループホットライン)

このたび、「ユーグレナグループホットライン社内窓口」宛ての電子メールが、当社にて一部受信できない不具合が生じていたことが判明いたしました。直ちに修正を行い、現時点では不具合は解消しております。

つきましては、下記期間中「ユーグレナグループホットライン社内窓口」宛てに電子メールを送信頂いたにも関わらず、当社から返信を受け取っていない方がいらっしゃいましたら、大変恐縮ではございますが、改めてのご連絡をご検討頂けますと幸いです。

【上記不具合発生期間】
2023年11月21日(火)~2024年2月20日(火)

この度は、ご不便・ご迷惑をお掛け致しましたことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。

For the purpose of contributing to the company, we have set up an internal reporting window where you can contact and report when you discover them.

■ Target users
Permanent employees, temporary employees, outsourcers, dispatched workers, retirees and employees of Euglena group business partners who belong to the Euglena group
■ How to use
When contacting or reporting, you can select an internal reporting window or an external reporting window.
■ Before using
  • ・ The confidentiality of the person who consults with the hotline, the whistleblower, and the information provider is protected regardless of whether or not there is an investigation.
  • ・ The content of the contact / report will be shared only with the minimum range of related parties in order to resolve the contact / report content, and each related party will be obliged to maintain confidentiality.
  • ・ We accept both real name reports and anonymous reports, but in the case of anonymous reports, we will confirm with the whistleblower whether or not it corresponds to the user.
