Euglena Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsuru Izumo) is pleased to announce that the issuance of new share allotment through third-party allotment was completed on December 28, 2009.
今回の増資では株式会社日立プラントテクノロジー、新日本石油株式会社およびインスパイア・テクノロジー・イノベーション・ファンド投資事業有限責任組合より総額3億円出資頂き、資本金は3億6,500万円となりました。
