■ Background of the revision of euglism

I would like to propose to do it. " At the same time, there was a voice that we should revise our code of conduct, "Yugrism," when we renewed our CI, and we decided to revise "Yugrism."
 For the revision, various members with different job titles, ages, company history, and bases volunteered, and in May of this year, a project to revise "Eugrism" was launched by 45 members of the Euglena group. In a situation where we couldn't actually meet due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection, we repeated workshops and discussions using online MTG tools and verbalized what is Euglena. Then, the draft was compiled and submitted to the management meeting, and the draft compiled by the colleagues was adopted as a formal action guideline.
