■ Research content and results
 The mice were divided into three groups: (1) a group of mice fed a normal diet, (2) a group of mice fed a high-fat diet, and (3) a group of mice fed a high-fat diet containing diatoxanthin-containing carotenoids derived from Euglena After ingesting each for 6 weeks, the blood glucose level * 6 was measured.

 In other words, Euglena derived diatoxanthin-containing carotenoids may suppress the rise in blood glucose level, which is one of the causes of diabetes, and have the effect of preventing diabetes and diabetic complications and alleviating symptoms.
