Ando, who launched a new cosmetics line "BCAD" Euglena Co., Ltd. in 2014, was planning the next brand.

At the same time, Ando thought "now" because the market for all-in-one cosmetics, which allows easy skin care with just one product, had grown to about 100 billion yen.

"Customers may want casual and friendly skin care products that can be used with peace of mind and ease. Also, there is a possibility that they can be sold not only by mail order but also through retail channels. Euglena is a brand centered on all-in-one cosmetics. Let's make! "
In this way, Ando proposed the development of another cosmetics brand "one" that can be used safely and easily, and started product development in October 2015.
In May 2016, with the theme of "future all-in-one cosmetics", we added "Euglena extract" * 1 that was originally developed, from basic care such as lotion and milky lotion to special care such as facial masks. Launched "one all-in-one cream" as a skin care product that condenses 10 functions * 2 into one.

Not just all-in-one cosmetics, but Euglena 's unique technology and commitment, "one all-in-one cream," has exceeded sales of about 200,000 units within a year of its launch. It quickly became a popular product.

Immediately after joining the company, Isaka read the voices of more than 1,000 customers.
They were a treasure trove for Isaka.

"Let's expand our products so that our customers will be more satisfied and feel new value."
Isaka utilized his knowledge and experience in cosmetics development to develop new "one" series products while confirming customer requests.
"One all-in-one sensitive skin cream" for sensitive skin, "one all-in-one powerlifting cream" that appeals for lift-up, and "one wrinkle cream" eye cream for eyes ... Isaka et al. Cosmetics development team started in 2017 So far, he has worked on eight types of one series products.
